Since graduating from my bootcamp, I’ve been honing my skills by working as a full-stack developer at Bookworm Reads, a cross-platform book tracker. I’ve worked in React, Next.js, Go, Python, and MySQL while reporting to the CTO on a team of 3, with significant independence to identify and fix bugs and develop new features. I revamped the imports feature (try it out if you currently use a competitor like Goodreads or StoryGraph!) to fix bugs, return data from the API in a more easily maintainable way, and improve the accuracy and UX of the import results page for users.

Under development! As a runner, I there are a lot of tasks I’d like to automate, Strava features I wish I had, or calculations I just can’t keep straight off the top of my head. V1 will send users a reminder to check their gear on a Strava activity if they leave the default gear in place.
